Why Hasn't Someone Kicked Ted Rall's Ass Yet?

The only thing the Iraq war has done is pussify America. All the patriots with cajones must be in Iraq fighting right now. In my mind it's the only reason Ted Rall hasn't had his ass severely beaten.
"Fighting words" is still a defense, right?
