DC Sniper Victim Speaks Out
Kellie Adams, a victim of the DC Snipers, tearfully speaks out about a broadcast of John Allen Muhammad by CNN where he tries to rally support and convince people he isn’t a monster.
The thing about monsters is that 99% of the time they act pretty decently. I hear Hitler was loads of fun at dinner parties. It's the 1% of the time you have to watch out for.
