Terrorist Hides Bomb in Cart of Toys on Playground, US Probably to Blame

I'm guessing this is the work of al Qaeda since they are one of the few remaining "insurgent" groups in Iraq that intentionally targets civilians.

Al Qaeda intentionally murders children in Iraq and how does The Washington Post react? They feel it necessary to add the context that nine children were killed yesterday by the US.

See how this works? It wouldn't be fair if we didn't present al Qaeda's side of the story. Al Qaeda's narrative--the way they present their murderous war against the U.S. to Muslims--is that it is a defensive war. And when they intentionally kill women and children it is always presented as retaliation.

Another example of the MSM doing al Qaeda's propaganda job for them. It's almost like Adam Gadahn is no longer needed.

WaPo:

A bomb hidden in a cart of toys killed two children and wounded 17 others in a playground in northern Iraq on Friday, the first day of a national holiday to celebrate the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

The attack came the day after U.S. forces killed nine children and six women in an air strike northwest of Baghdad targeting suspected al Qaeda leaders. The U.N. mission in Iraq urged U.S. forces to conduct a "vigorous" probe into the strike.

Police Colonel Abbas Mohammed said a would-be suicide bomber pushed the cart into a play area in the predominantly Shi'ite northern town of Tuz Khurmato. He said the bomber was wounded.

The town's mayor, Mohammed Rasheed, told Reuters two boys aged between 10 and 12 had died and another 17 people under the age of 18 had been wounded in the deadly attack.

WaPo, for some reason, then feels it necessary to explain that there is an investigation--not into this attack--but into yesterday's tragic loss of civilian lives during a gun battle with al Qaeda.

In fact, of the 20 paragraphs in the WaPo story about terrorists intentionally murdering children in Iraq, 13 of them are "context" about how the US kills so many civilians in Iraq.

Al Qaeda intentionally killing civilins, US accidentally killing civilians. Six of one, half dozen of the other.

No mention in the article that al Qaeda and other terrorists in Iraq use women and children as human shields and routinely violate the Geneva Conventions by attempting to blend in to civilian populations while engaged in battle.
