With Friends Like These, Who Needs Enemas?

Galloping in on the heels of the hostages just released by Iran:

Mr Johnston was the sole western correspondent based in Gaza and had been due to leave soon. His father, Graham, has described him as "a friend of the Palestinian people"

Alan Johnston was kidnapped March 12th. By his friends the Palestinians.

The jihadist kidnap network seems to be in overdrive these days, so forgive us for missing this one. Be that as it may, we pray for the safe release of Mr. Johnston, friend of his kidnappers or not.
