Jamil Hussein Found at Last?

Is phantom AP source for the "burning 6 story" Captain Jamil Hussein really 41 year-old Sunni Iraqi journalist from Reporters Without Border, Quais Abdul Raazzaq? And perhaps the sock puppet behind two other AP sources: Qais al-Bashir and Lt. Maithem Abdul Razzaq? That is the speculative question being asked by Curt at Flopping Aces today based in large part on an interview conducted by embedded blogger Bill Ardalino of INDC Journal (part 1 & part 2)

My first response to Curt's post was kneejerk: breakout the tinfoil. But I suppose that most testable hypotheses start with speculation. And with AP stringers even the most far-fetched theories, that I would have never believed just a couple of years ago, have turned out to be true. And the names are a bit uncanny. Keep an eye on this one.
