More Geneva Convention Violations from Iraq Caught on Video(updated)

On 9/11 let us not forget that terrorists continue to murder in the name of Allah in Iraq.

The media is always whining about how we are treating the enemy. Casting us as the evil violators of the rules of war. This video shows the truth.

While we work through our differences on how to try prisoners of war--well not prisoners of war really, more like war criminals who in WWII would have been shot on sight---these men take prisoners and routinely execute them on video.

While the media depicts our men as criminals for rare instances of crimes, we work for justice trying and punishing each man convicted and openly condemn their actions.

We pay restitution and make apologies. Our enemy will hail these war crimes as victories and the perpetrators will be promoted and praised.

Reuters will tell you about it. Reuters will show bloody pictures of dead babies galore from Lebanon. Why won’t Reuters show you these?

Reuters: The video by the Mujahideen Shura Council, an umbrella group led by al Qaeda in Iraq, showed two men in military uniforms giving their personal details on camera while holding military identification cards.

Their comments were barely audible, but one man could be heard saying: "I call on my brothers in the national guard to cooperate with the mujhaideen ... This is a message to my colleagues in the national guard, the collaborators."

The video, posted on an Internet site often used by militant groups, then showed the blindfolded men being killed by a single shot in the head. One of the men could be seen shaking and sobbing before the shooting.

Al Qaeda and other militant groups in Iraq often target members of the country's U.S.-backed military and police forces, which they regard as traitors and collaborators with the occupation.

To be sure these men were Muslim. Iraqi men fighting to give their nation a chance for a better future. As Rusty often points out most of the people killed by the terrorists are Muslim. I’ve been searching for an English translation of their identity.

You’ll have to excuse me for associating these war criminals with Islam. They keep babbling on and on about Allah. Last time I checked Allah was their word for God. They call out to him to be sure he sees their murderous abominations.

As we waste our time this week trying to decide who is to blame more. Bill Clinton or George Bush remember each has made errs in judgement. But the ultimate responsibility lies with the terrorists like these.

Now you tell me who is fighting on the side of good. Remember that is the eternal conflict. What is justified in the fight for good vs. evil? This is their vision of the fight for good. I have some frame grabs below as well as links to the video. See for yourself.
