Patrick Kennedy off to rehab!
Yahoo News :WASHINGTON - Rep. Patrick Kennedy said Friday he was entering treatment for addiction to prescription pain drugs after a middle-of-the-night car crash near the Capitol that he said he had no memory of. "That's not how I want to live my life," he declared.Unfair you say? Seems pretty dog gone fair after the left’s feeding frenzy against Rush last week. Ha! Shoe now on the other foot! I’m sure that somehow a Democrat on pain medication is just not the same though and we should have sympathy for Mr. Kennedy. In fact, Rush is standing up for Kennedy.
Caller To Rush Via Rush: Now, what you just mentioned about Patrick Kennedy, even though he's a Kennedy, and even though, you know, we all know about his family, and you're at odds with the Democrats, you're showing true compassion for the man's well-being, and you shouldn't be admonished for it. You should be commended for it.Now aren’t you all ashamed of yourselves?
Talk Left and a few others were not too hard on Rush, so a few were fair but of what I read that was a pretty small minority.
