Frisco Judge Rules Pledge Unconstitutional

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the Unites States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all. CNN:

U.S. District Judge Lawrence Karlton ruled that the pledge's reference to one nation "under God" violates school children's right to be "free from a coercive requirement to affirm God

So part of living in a democracy is that the minority must be protected from an over zealous majority. I would argue the reverse is also true. The majority should not have to be subject to the whim of an over zealous minority.
