Four More 7/7 Suspects Arrested in Pakistan
Not the Pakistan? There's got to be another Pakistan cause, the way I hear it, Pakistan is a moderate Islamic country. Oh, and despite the fact that an al Qaeda cell took credit for the mass-murders, the MSM is now reporting as news that al Qaeda may have been involved. Brilliant. MSNBC:
Meanwhile, officials have continued to expand their search to include the possibility that there was a link between the four suicide bombers and al-Qaida.On a serious note, Pakistan is our ally in the war on terror. Not because they are a democracy, but because they are not. If the Afghanistan invasion taught the Pakistani state one thing it was that cooperation with the U.S. against al Qaeda is the safe route to survival. However, the vast majority of Pakistanis support the work of al Qaeda and Pakistan remains a state which claims to derive its legitimacy from Islam.A police official in Faisalabad, speaking on condition of anonymity, told Reuters Friday that "security agencies have picked up four people. They were taken to an undisclosed location, but we were not involved in this operation."
More on the Pakistani connection here.
