President Bush speaks full transcipt

Well I watched the presidents speech last night on my local Fox station who I may mention later. Well pretty good speech I think the President understood the importance of the speech. He seemed just about ready to break down a few times. I think it was genuine by the way he jumped off camera at the end and seems to not quite know where he was going for a minute there. Very emotional he was. I'll take that as an "I really care". So here is a link to the full transcript from CNN.
