See-Dubya: slowin' it down

I'll be out of pocket for a couple days, after which both my posting and my internet access will be much diminished for a couple weeks. (I'll be delivering arms to the Khmer Rouge in Southern California.) But I have a few ideas for posts in the meantime and you haven't heard the last of me yet.

BTW, Rusty says I don't have to put "See-Dubya" in the title of my posts, like I started doing over at Patterico's to keep me separate from the other guest bloggers. Well, I don't want Rusty stuck with the fallout from my ramblings--especially the anti-drug stuff, since that'll get him kicked out of the South Park Republican club! Anyway, I'll stop doing it, because many people who link to my posts and many commenters continue to attribute my stuff to Rusty anyway.
